Terms of Use

Verdine Terms of Use

Effective date: October 24, 2026

These terms describe use of the Verdine mobile app and website, operated by Yaqin Works Inc. Verdine brings supported public health inspection records into restaurant search so you can understand available findings and history. Core lookup and optional match feedback do not require an account.

Inspection Context

Verdine scores and summaries are informational context drawn from available public inspection records. They do not replace official records or guarantee a restaurant’s safety. Coverage, published detail and update timing vary by source, and a missing record does not mean a restaurant has never been inspected.

Public health authorities determine their own status and severity systems. Verdine preserves source context when explaining those records. Verdine is independent from public health authorities.

Possible Matches and Feedback

A possible match is an unconfirmed connection between a selected place and an official inspection record. Review the record’s name and address before responding. The score on an official record describes that record; it does not establish that the record belongs to the place you selected.

Optional feedback records whether an official record looks right for the selected place. It does not alter official records or automatically confirm a match. While the review permission remains available, Change response updates your submitted answer for the same browser installation, place and record.

Review permissions can expire or become unavailable after navigation or reload. If a submission’s outcome is uncertain, it may already have been received; Verdine does not automatically retry it.

Google Maps Features and Content

Verdine uses Google Maps features and content for place discovery. Use of those features and content is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Google Maps supplies place discovery, while the identified public health source supplies inspection records. Verdine generates its own inspection scores and explanations.

Access and Availability

Browser lookup requires supported browser storage and security verification. These features may be unavailable if verification fails, required storage is blocked, a request limit is reached, or a service is unavailable. Available static discovery pages and public inspection previews can still provide useful context.

Use Verdine’s lookup and feedback tools for their intended purpose. Do not attempt to circumvent security verification or request limits.

Privacy and Contact

The Verdine Privacy Policy explains browser installation storage, security verification, search processing, optional feedback and analytics. For help, contact [email protected]; for privacy requests, contact [email protected].

We may update these terms as Verdine changes and will update this page and its effective date.
